SubhMuhurat Auspicious timings, computed — not guessed.

Terms of use — SubhMuhurat

Effective 30 July 2026. Using shubhmuhurat.ai means accepting these terms. They are short because the service is narrow.

1. Who you are contracting with

SubhMuhurat is operated by AskSoma (founded by Savan Vyas), and your agreement is with AskSoma. Contact: support@asksoma.ai. How your data is handled is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

2. What the service is

SubhMuhurat publishes muhurat date shortlists for the occasions this site publishes, guides to the classical mechanisms behind them, and daily kaal and Choghadiya windows for the cities it publishes. Everything is computed for each page from an ephemeris at build time, not copied from an almanac — the Methodology sets out the exact model, the frame and the limits. Signed-in features add running the finder against a date range you choose, saving a shortlisted window to a calendar, and asking questions about a window in the chat.

3. What a computed timing is, and what it is not

This is the clause that matters, so it is not buried. The timings here are astronomical computations plus a stated set of classical rules. That is all they are, and it is also exactly what they claim to be.

It does not tell you to marry on a Tuesday. A shortlist is the set of days that survive the classical bars for a named act; which of them is right for you depends on a chart this calendar cannot see, and the site says so above every table rather than in a footnote.

Nothing on SubhMuhurat is a prediction of an outcome, a promise of a result, or professional advice of any kind — not medical, legal, financial, employment or relationship advice. No timing on this site can make an outcome happen, and we make no guarantee that it will. Decisions about your health, your money, your job, your marriage or your legal position are yours, and where they matter you should take them with a qualified professional. Where an occasion page touches a regulated subject — a medical procedure, ending an employment — it says the same thing again in the place you would actually read it, because a disclaimer nobody reaches is not a disclaimer.

Astronomy is settled; interpretation is not. Reasonable traditions and family almanacs disagree, and where ours differs from yours the Methodology tells you which convention we applied so you can judge the difference for yourself instead of guessing at it. We may be wrong; tell us at support@asksoma.ai with the date and the city and we will look.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if they are compromised. One person, one account: creating extra accounts to obtain more free credits is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend an account we believe is doing it. Give accurate information — inputs you get wrong produce output that is wrong in a way we cannot see.

5. Credits and payments

Signed-in features are metered in credits. Some credits are granted free at the site's own expense; others you buy. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged by our payment provider. Buy the amount you actually intend to use.

Credit purchases are final and are not refundable. That applies to unspent credits as much as spent ones, and it applies however the balance came to be unused — including if you stop using SubhMuhurat, if your account is suspended under these terms, or if you delete your data here and the wallet goes with it. Free credits additionally have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire or stop being offered at any time. Credits are not money, are not a deposit, and cannot be cashed out or moved to another person or site.

If something goes wrong on our side — you were charged twice, or credits you paid for were never delivered to your wallet — that is a mistake rather than a refund question, and we will put it right; write to support@asksoma.ai. Separately, nothing in this section removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law where you live, because a contract cannot sign those away; where such a right applies, it applies.

If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store handles the payment and its own refund rules apply to it, not ours.

6. Fair use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, resell or republish the computed tables as your own product, reverse-engineer or attack the service, or use the chat to generate unlawful or abusive content. Read the pages, use the tools, cite us if you quote us. We may rate-limit or suspend access that breaks this section.

7. Availability and change

We aim to keep SubhMuhurat up and rebuilt regularly, but it is provided as-is and we do not promise uninterrupted availability, uninterrupted accuracy, or that any particular feature will keep existing. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to SubhMuhurat is limited to what you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Content and ownership

The text, guides, page structure and computed tables on SubhMuhurat belong to AskSoma. The underlying astronomy belongs to nobody. You may quote a reasonable extract with a link back; you may not republish a page or a table wholesale. What you write into the chat stays yours, and we process it only to answer you and to run the service.

9. Ending it

You can stop using SubhMuhurat whenever you like, and delete your data here under section 5 of the Privacy policy. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, and will say why unless the law stops us.

10. Governing law and changes to these terms

SubhMuhurat is used from many countries, and nothing in these terms displaces the mandatory consumer protection that applies to you where you live. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stands. If we change these terms materially we move the effective date above and tell signed-in users; continuing to use SubhMuhurat after that means accepting the change.

Anything unclear here is our fault, not yours — write to support@asksoma.ai and we will explain it and, if it needs it, rewrite it.
